No after dinner workout is not good. Because it always impact on our body. If you will do your work out in morning you can get more benefits and feel so freshed.
But in some cases it is fine to workout after dinner but you have to keep a few things in your mind.
- Your dinner should have light.
- Dinner should be no later then 7–7:15pm
- Make sure you have 3 –4 hour gap between your dinner and your workout
- Consume something protein rich after your workout
